About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in our hotel

technology platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the vision,

strategy, and execution of our hotel tech products while collaborating with cross-functional

teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

● Define and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives and market needs.

● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in

the hotel tech industry.

● Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features for Brand Direct (treebo.com), PMS

(Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), or other tools.

Technical Leadership

● Lead end-to-end feature development from ideation through launch.

● Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure

successful delivery.

● Monitor product performance through KPIs and data analytics to drive improvements.

Stakeholder Management

● Work closely with sales, marketing, customer experience, and engineering teams.

● Build strong relationships with hotel partners and key stakeholders.

● Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

Operations Excellence

● Drive high-velocity decision making and execution in a fast-paced environment.

● Manage product lifecycle including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

● Ensure seamless integration with hotel systems like PMS, POS, and other operational

tools.

What are we looking for:

● Minimum 4 years of product management experience in high-velocity environments.

● Proven track record of delivering impact in B2B or B2C products.

● Familiarity with APIs, databases, and software development processes.

● Prior experience in the hospitality or travel-tech industry
