Product Manager

Job Purpose:

As part of Digital Transformation journey of TVS Credit Services Ltd, we are looking to offer a plethora of products digitally in a seamless manner and are looking for a Product Manager who can own and deliver this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Prioritize the feature roll outs, improvements and bug resolution timelines and effectively communicate to all stakeholders.
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize to differentiate in the market
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyre successful achieved
• Provide detailed solution design artifacts to support the build and test delivery phases
• Recommend, conceive & implement enhanced tools/processes to streamline daily support requirements
• Consistently scan the market for best practices, best in class journeys, best in class customer delighter elements etc. and own market intelligence from a customer experience perspective

Job Requirements:

• Masters degree
• 5+ Years of experience in fintech payments, lending will be great to have
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Have worked in a digital product function/digital product team and have seen how an idea shapes into a digital product
• Good with user and market research and analyzing data
• Understands product adoption and the key levers that influence it
• Significant attention to detail
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Has a bias towards action and are able to combine intellectual curiosity with practical responsibilities of delivering the product on time
• Highly determined, system thinker, go getter attitude person
