Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Product Ownership:

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise connectivity and managed services products.
  • Launch and manage bundled offerings (leased lines, managed Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, managed security, etc.)

Vendor & OEM Management:

  • Lead tie-ups and negotiations with OEMs, networking/security vendors, and SaaS/cloud partners (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Pre-Sales & Solutioning:

  • Support pre-sales activities for SME/SMB customers, including solution design, POCs, and BOM preparation.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver compelling value propositions.

Commercial Acumen:

  • Develop and manage commercial models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Understand and optimize product profitability and partner agreements.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in enterprise connectivity and managed services.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise telecoms/ISPs or networking/security vendors.
  • Proven experience in launching and managing connectivity/managed service bundles.
  • Hands-on exposure to OEM/vendor tie-ups, SaaS/cloud partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of network architecture, managed services, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.) and SaaS integrations is a plus.
  • Commercial Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial models, pricing, and partner negotiations.
  • Mindset:

    • High drive to excel, self-motivated, and a strong sense of ownership (hunger to excel” as emphasized by leadership).
  • Education:

    • BTech/MBA from a reputed institute.
