Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the state's enterprise sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the enterprise business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of high-value enterprise clients.
Utilize CRM and data analysis tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

Graduates, preferably MBAs, with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Enterprise Business.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with enterprise clients.

Experience

Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
Proven sales expertise, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.
Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
