Product Manager

Job Responsibilities: ✓ Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—for trade and cross-border payment solutions. ✓ Build and scale products for exporters, importers, and trade intermediaries. ✓ Work with engineering to integrate with external systems like DGFT, ICEGATE, IDPMS, EDPMS, and bank trade platforms. ✓ Collaborate with operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment. ✓ Define user journeys, workflows, and API integrations that simplify trade and remittance processes. ✓ Engage with customers (MSMEs, corporates, intermediaries) to understand pain points and continuously improve product-market fit. ✓ Drive go-to-market strategy in coordination with growth and sales teams. What We’re Looking For: ▪ Have 5–8 years of experience, in fintech, trade finance, or banking. ▪ Proven track record of building and scaling products from zero to one. ▪ Strong understanding of foreign trade operations, bank trade departments, and platforms like DGFT, ICEGATE, IDPMS, EDPMS. ▪ Experience in working with payment systems, compliance protocols, and external government/financial integrations. ▪ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. ▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with high ownership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹658,247.93 - ₹1,973,601.91 per year
