Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Product Strategy : Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Product Roadmap : Create and maintain product roadmaps that outline key milestones and feature releases for each product.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Customer Insights : Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and pain points, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and expectations.

- Prioritzation : Make informed decisions on feature prioritization based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility.

- Product Development : Lead the product development process, collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Testing and Validation : Oversee user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience.

- Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor and analyze product performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, taking proactive measures to improve them.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, and release notes.

- Communication : Effectively communicate product updates, changes, and timelines to internal stakeholders and customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, or similar); MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably working on both customer-facing and internal products.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies

- Hands on experience with GA4, UA, GTM, Jira, Figma
