About The Role

We are seeking a driven and technically strong Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology-driven products, from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create products that deliver real value to users and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
Monitor product performance through analytics and feedback, iterating to improve outcomes.
Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and planning.
Ensure alignment across teams and manage communication related to product status and updates.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of technology and software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful products.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Nice To Have

Experience working with APIs, data products, or platform teams.
Exposure to customer discovery and usability testing.
Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation (A/B testing, funnels, etc.)
