Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager – Networking & Network Management What You’ll Do: As a Product Manager for Networking & Network Management, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization. You will work closely with customers, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions. Job Responsibilities Gain a holistic understanding of the product and business, taking ownership of roadmap definition and product feature prioritization. Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business operations, pain points, and problems; create and ideate solutions to address them. Translate solutions into clear product requirements and objectives; write detailed specifications and user stories. Collaborate with engineering leads and product designers to discover, design, and test solution concepts. Become the subject matter expert on current product strengths, limitations, and improvement areas. Understand the market landscape, product category positioning, competitive dynamics, and shape product direction accordingly. Evaluate and evolve current Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies; explore new GTM opportunities. Help define future pricing and monetization models. Define and articulate the product value proposition; create compelling product content for marketing, sales, and channel partners. What You Need to Bring Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA with relevant technology experience preferred. Minimum 5+ years in a Networking / Network Management Product Manager role. Exposure to federal security certification management is a plus. Solid understanding of cloud technologies. Prior UX design experience is an advantage. Knowledge & Skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority. Strong skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial metrics creation, and performance analysis. Excellent business acumen, root cause analysis, and problem detection skills. Strong technical understanding of the networking industry; ability to provide technical training to teams.
