We are quickly disintermediating data brokers as middlemen in our daily life.We’re looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our team. If you’re excited by the idea of wearing multiple hats, owning the product lifecycle, and making a tangible impact, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy: Partner with the founding team to shape and evolve the product vision, aligning with our mission and growth objectives.Customer-Centric Innovation: Spend time understanding user needs through direct conversations, surveys, and data analysis to drive product decisions.

Roadmap Ownership:

Build and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, effort, and alignment with startup goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and marketing teams to rapidly iterate on product concepts and features.

Agile Development:

Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure smooth execution.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Define, measure, and analyze product KPIs to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly.

Hands-On Execution

:

Dive into the details — whether it’s creating wireframes, QAing features, or refining user stories.

Launch & Learn:

Manage product launches, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure the product delivers value and delight to users.

Qualifications

Startup Mindset:

Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and embraces the opportunity to wear multiple hats.

Experience:

2-5 years in product management or equivalent roles, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from Tier 1 Institutes.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and align teams.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

A self-starter who takes ownership and can turn ideas into action with minimal direction.

Customer Empathy:

Passionate about solving real problems for users and continuously improving customer experience.

Technical Acumen:

Able to work closely with engineers and understand technical trade-offs. Coding skills are a plus but not required.

Product Implementation:

Experience in a hands-on role with Product implementation is a plus.

Agility:

Comfortable with lean product development and rapid iteration to test hypotheses and validate ideas.

Toolset:

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, and analytics platforms like Elastic.

Work Timings :

This role requires availability / overlap with U.S. business hours, with a preferred schedule of

6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IS
