Job Title: Customer Support Associate We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates with 1 - 4 years' experience to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle user queries via chat, call, and email. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities Respond to user queries through chat, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues. Document and track user interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support. Identify and escalate issues that require urgent attention. Continuously learn about our products and services to better assist customers. Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback on support tools and procedures. Simultaneous contribution in R&D and other required projects like gathering and maintaining a database. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1 - 4 years of Customer Support experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
