Position Summary The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and launching successful products that align with our company's strategic goals. This individual will be responsible for understanding market trends, gathering customer insights, and translating them into actionable product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Visionary Thinking: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy and resonates with target customers. Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure efficient product development and delivery. Agile Methodology: Drive product development using agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to foster collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Adaptability: Embrace change and be able to pivot product strategies as needed to respond to market shifts or evolving customer needs. Creative Thinking: Generate innovative product ideas and solutions that address customer pain points and drive business growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and define target customer segments. Product Roadmap: Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer needs. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and decisions to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members. Metrics and Analytics: Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in product management, business, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced Airline & Travel technology. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in product development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for creating innovative and impactful products.
