Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation of our projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven ability to manage project teams effectively, and a track record of successfully engaging with and managing client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Project Implementation Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation phase of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress. Team Leadership and Management: Effectively lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring team members have the resources needed to succeed. Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members, providing clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and issues. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the implementation process, adhering to established standards and processes. Change Management: Manage project scope changes effectively, ensuring proper documentation and communication with stakeholders. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management on project status and outcomes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the delivery lifecycle and contribute to the development of best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management). A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience of 7+ years in a delivery management or project management role, with a strong focus on the implementation phase . Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships effectively, including managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Experience working in Travel or Aviation Industry is a plus. Show more Show less
