Role Overview

What You'll Do
  • Design quantitative models for forecasting funnel metrics and defining business rules.
  • Build simulation and validation frameworks that ensure

    robust, complete logic

    and catch edge cases.
  • Apply optimization techniques—heuristics, greedy algorithms, GAs—to solve real-world scheduling, rotation, and resource-allocation challenges.
  • Integrate your models and tools into production systems.
  • Monitor performance, iterate based on real-world feedback, and present insights with clarity.

Who You Are
  • Graduates with degrees in

    Operations Research / Industrial Engineering / Applied Math / CS

    (or similar).
  • Practical experience in modeling (optimization/fair forecasting), simulation, or rule systems.
  • Comfortable coding in

    Python

    (e.g., with OR-Tools, scikit-learn, PuLP).
  • Curious, agile, and ready to tackle new challenges weekly.
  • Team-player who turns abstract ideas into deliverable systems.
