Role Overview Join our nimble team to build flexible, analytical models and support engines that drive product innovation across forecasting, pricing, scheduling, and decision validation. You’ll work edge-to-edge—from model design and coding to deployment and stakeholder impact. What You'll Do Design quantitative models for forecasting funnel metrics and defining business rules. Build simulation and validation frameworks that ensure robust, complete logic and catch edge cases. Apply optimization techniques—heuristics, greedy algorithms, GAs—to solve real-world scheduling, rotation, and resource-allocation challenges. Integrate your models and tools into production systems. Monitor performance, iterate based on real-world feedback, and present insights with clarity. Who You Are Graduates with degrees in Operations Research / Industrial Engineering / Applied Math / CS (or similar). Practical experience in modeling (optimization/fair forecasting), simulation, or rule systems. Comfortable coding in Python (e.g., with OR-Tools, scikit-learn, PuLP).
