Job Title: Product Manager – Platform & Enablement Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing Effectiveness product team. This hybrid role combines strategic product development with hands-on platform enablement, supporting both the evolution of our analytics products and the operational excellence of our modeling and reporting platform. You will work in a global, multicultural environment, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and analysts to shape product features, resolve platform issues, and ensure seamless user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact on the effectiveness of our marketing analytics solutions and the reliability of our global platform. Key Responsibilities Product Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create
epics and user stories, and manage development workflows using Jira.
  • Design the Marketing Effectiveness platform metrics and reporting for usage
monitoring and enhancement
  • Partner with the team leader in driving product roadmap execution, ensuring
alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Partner with other product managers and technical teams to deliver high-impact
features and enhancements.
  • Build feedback loops from platform usage to inform product decisions and
improve user experience.
  • Enhance the standard development process and ways of working, working closely
with PMO and AI teams to automate the processes and the design system
integration. Platform Enablement
  • Provide advanced support for the modeling and reporting platform, including
triaging errors, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain platform performance, ensuring timely resolution of
incidents in line with SLAs.
  • Analyze support metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for
automation and process improvement.
  • Use Python to support data validation, automate tasks, and enhance platform
capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and user guides to enable self-service and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a
related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or platform support roles, ideally
within analytics or data-driven environments.
  • Strong experience with Jira and agile product development methodologies.
  • Advanced level of Python for troubleshooting and automation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in global teams and multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, reporting platforms, and support operations.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with machine learning or statistical modeling ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-based
environments.
  • Exposure to GenAI tools and automation strategies.
