Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM implementation and feature development for our SaaS platform. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of CRM implementation and product projects
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with product, tech, QA, support, and clients
Manage projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews
Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Track KPIs, timelines, and project performance
Ensure smooth handover post-deployment

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field
2+ years of project management experience (SaaS/CRM preferred)
Strong understanding of SDLC and SaaS products
Experience with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, Trello
Expertise in Agile/Scrum
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects
Technical understanding (APIs, integrations, cloud) is a plus

Preferred

PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification
Experience in CRM implementation or enterprise onboarding
Knowledge of Slack, Confluence, GitHub, CRM platforms
