Job Title : Product Manager Location : Bangalore/Chennai Experience Required : 10 - 15 years About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our fast-paced B2B SaaS product team. This individual will bring 10-15 years of product management experience, with a background in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is an added advantage. The role demands expertise in driving product development, leading crossfunctional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring the successful execution of product releases. Key Responsibilities: • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through to development and release, ensuring successful delivery of B2B SaaS products for the CPG/FMCG industry. • Scrum and Development Leadership: Lead and manage agile scrum teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to deliver on-time product releases and continuous improvement. • Product Launches: Partner closely with the Marketing team to plan, execute, and deliver impactful product launches. Ensure marketing and communication strategies are aligned with product objectives and customer needs. • Customer and Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain effective communication with global customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and drive customer satisfaction. • Presales and Product Promotion: Participate in presales activities, including product demonstrations and pitches, to promote the product to potential customers and stakeholders. • AI Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of AI capabilities and trends to guide product development and enhance the overall product strategy. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, support, and marketing, to foster a collaborative environment that drives product success. • Tech-Savvy Leadership: Guide product development from both a business and technical perspective, and leverage your tech background to ensure the product meets the highest technical standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products, ideally within the CPG/FMCG industry is an added advantage. • Product Development Expertise: Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle, including agile methodologies, version releases, and leading development scrums. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with global customers, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams. • Presales and Product Launch Experience: Hands-on experience in planning and conducting product launches, working closely with marketing teams. Experience in presales activities such as product pitches is a plus. • Leadership and People Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization. Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. • Tech Background (Optional): A background in technology or a technical field would be an added advantage to work more closely with engineering teams and to contribute meaningfully to the product development process. • AI Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and how they can be applied to enhance the product experience and strategy. • Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel and working from the office with the team.
