Project Manager Job Responsibilities Include.

• Responsible for acting as a single point of contact for the client and being responsible for overall strategy formulation, planning strategy, procurement strategy, execution strategy, cost management, and overall delivery tracking through the duration of the project.
• Responsible for supervising the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
• Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.
• Responsible for Monitoring and Controlling changes/variations as per the directions..
• Must ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Supervise quality and safety, coordination of material delivery and manpower
• Sound Knowledge of BOQ Preparation, Layout Understanding, MB Sheet and MS Excel is preferred
• Should know how to maintain reports like DPR(Daily Project Report), WPR (Weekly Project Report) etc.

# Must be comfortable with Outstation Project in Pan India

# Experience in Commercial Interior Fit out preferred.

# Minimum 2 Year experience required in Project management or any related field.
