Product Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product's profitability, develop pricing strategies, and ensure optimal cost-efficiency to meet financial goals.
• Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in alignment with company goals
• Identify revenue opportunities, optimize monetization strategies, and collaborate with teams to maximize product profitability.
• Develop and execute business plans aligning with the company overall goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to suggest product improvements.
• Communicate the product roadmap, goals, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and sales, to bring products to market

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise software products
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience with product development processes and methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
