  to help build Zippee's tech platform from the ground up.

• In-person role at our Gurgaon HQ

  (must be based in Delhi NCR).

• Must have 3-6 years of relevant Product, Technical Program experience, preferably in E-commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics.

  The ideal candidate will have strong analytical & problem-solving skills and thrive as a self-starter in a dynamic, high-pressure, early-stage environment.

What you will do:

• Own and lead high-impact, cross-functional projects end-to-end from scoping to execution.
• Play a key role in technical solutioning, understanding business requirements, and stitching together logistics systems to create scalable functional flows.
• Work with internal teams (Engineering, Ops, Product) and external partners to ensure seamless integration and rollout of technical solutions.
• Solve problems across last-mile delivery, warehousing, real-time tracking, and quick commerce enablement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field from a top or accredited college.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, product, or system integration roles in tech or logistics companies.
• Strong technical thinking, you don't need to code, but you must understand how systems work and talk to each other (APIs, webhooks, basic system architecture, and integrations, etc).
• Self-starter with strong logical reasoning, teamwork, problem-solving skills & ability to learn quickly.
• A passion for technology and a desire to hustle it out in a fast-paced startup environment.
