• Manage 2 co-located Scrum teams in Bangalore, India that will consist of both feature and Non-functional Requirement work.
• Work as the prime communicator and a connecting link between product and engineering teams.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of business requirements and communicate desired outcomes effectively to the technical team.
• Responsible for defining business features and writing very clear, thorough, and detailed user stories using the Agile Scrum methodology.
• Oversee the multiple stages of product development ranging from the ideation to the core of the development process, including sprint demo reviews and user acceptance testing.
• Gauge product progress at every stage of the development process to ensure proper functionality and raise blockers and mitigation plans expediently.
• Continually update, manage and prioritize the product backlog (in JIRA) based on the project’s ever-changing and evolving needs.
• Identify the development process areas that need to be improved and make all the necessary preparations for the following stage.
• Display a high level of critical thinking and problem resolution.
• Operate with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
• Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal/communication skills, collaborate easily and successfully within as well as across organizations.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
