Join our Team

About this opportunity:

We are seeking a Product Manager to join and strengthen our team of project managers. The role involves overseeing the entire development and deployment process of our customer products ensuring that they meet business requirements and expectations. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, driving the delivery of valuable solutions in an Agile environment.

What you will do:

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements using Agile methodologies.
Write clear and comprehensive expressions of needs and requirement specifications.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and delivery of value-added solutions.
Conduct final acceptance testing (VABF) in partnership with users.
Adhere to project milestones and schedules shared with users and the development team.
Draft user manuals and documentation for internal tools.
Provide ongoing application support to end users.

The skills you bring:

Project tracking tools: JIRA / Azure DevOps and Scrum master experience is mandatory
Awareness of telecom network business, specifically mobile radio network
Methodical, rigorous, and result-oriented
Project management capabilities and testing methodologies proficiency
Mandatory French language proficiency – oral and written
Strong communication and empathy skills
Service quality focus including problem analysis and issue resolution
Effective team player , Good analytical, autonomous, and synthesis skills
Experience working across multiple environments: Test, Pre-production, Production
Ability to create and maintain product management documentation (functional specs, user guides, test assets)
Ability to work under pressure
Technical written English proficiency (3GPP documentation)
Proactive with ability to propose improvements
