Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Product & Program Manager

to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital banking channels for corporate clients. This role will focus on

Mobility Banking

,

Beyond Banking

, and

Embedded Banking solutions

, ensuring seamless integration, superior user experience, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for digital channels catering to corporate customers.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Drive innovation in digital banking solutions, including mobile apps, web platforms, and API-based connected banking.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and secure user experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for digital initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics for digital channels; implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations for connected banking solutions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Present product updates, business cases, and progress reports to senior leadership.

Technology & Innovation

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in digital banking (APIs, AI, blockchain, cybersecurity).
  • Drive adoption of open banking and connected banking frameworks for corporate clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA / PG or equivalent in Business/Finance/Technology.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in product management/program management within banking or fintech; experience in corporate banking digital channels preferred.
  • Strong understanding of transaction banking, cash management, and corporate payment ecosystems.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and API-driven platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and Practical Application of AI is preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
