Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for the position of Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Daily tasks include defining product strategies, conducting market analysis, managing cross-functional teams, setting timelines, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring quality. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to continually enhance BrightCHAMPS’ offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and User Research
• Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools related to product roadmapping
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentations skills
• Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities
• Background in education, technology, or edtech is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools is a plus
