Job Description

As a Product Manager at Blackfrog Technologies, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering innovative and reliable cold chain solutions for industries reliant on temperature-sensitive logistics. Our flagship product, Emvolio, has already made a significant impact in transforming the vaccine supply chain in India and beyond. We are now expanding our offerings to cater to private sector industries by introducing Emvolio Standard and wireless temperature monitoring devices (RTMD) designed to meet the intricate requirements of thermally sensitive logistics. Based in Manipal, your role as a Product Manager will involve developing sales and marketing strategies for medical refrigeration systems. You will collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market insights that will guide new product development. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies targeting B2B channels, such as pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, and logistics providers. - Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development. - Collaborating with the R&D team to offer market insights for new product development and enhancements. - Supporting sales efforts with product training, technical knowledge, and marketing materials. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotional campaigns. - Monitoring product performance and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. - Preparing and presenting reports on product performance, market opportunities, and sales forecasts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and at least 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields such as new product introductions, healthcare technology, life sciences, medical devices, or refrigeration systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies is preferred, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving is a key asset.,
