Description
You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into features, manage execution, and help shape the product vision at Valuit. This is an ideal role for a product manager who thrives in fast-paced, regulated Web3 environments and wants to help scale a cross-chain RWA platform from the ground up. Key Responsibilities • Translate business goals into clear product requirements, wireframes, and technical specs. • Manage day-to-day product delivery across frontend, backend, and smart contract teams. • Write and maintain product documentation, epics, and user stories for engineers and QA. • Help drive integration with key infrastructure partners. • Support internal testing, UAT, and stakeholder feedback loops during releases. • Analyze product KPIs, user feedback, and ecosystem trends to inform prioritization. Requirements • 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or B2B SaaS. • Experience working closely with engineers (Solidity, Node.js, React) to deliver production software. • Ability to write clear, technically sound product requirements and user flows. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable working in a remote, async, high-ownership environment. Preferred Qualification • Previous experience working in DeFi, tokenization, or regulated blockchain environments. • Familiarity with smart contract standards such as ERC-20, ERC-3643, or ERC-1400. • Understanding of account abstraction (e.g. ERC-4337), identity verification (KYC/AML), or compliance-led UX. • Experience managing product lifecycle for investor onboarding, token issuance, or permissioned trading Show more Show less
