Product Manager in the Everyday Money Management team provides opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team with an exciting remit to drive data-led performance culture across Everyday Money Management through supporting tech and controls activities to making recommendations and challenging key decisions across Controls & tech activities. To be successful as a Product Manager, you should have experience with: Complete live proving independently and to the required standard in line with risk requirements. Develop and execute scripts to validate strategy changes. Analyze results and provide detailed reports on findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of policy changes. Maintain and update documentation related to processes and procedures. Implement and monitor controls to ensure compliance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Basic/ Essential Qualifications for this role: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS. Experience in coding and software development. Other desirable skillsets: Strong knowledge of SQL and database management. Prior experience in testing, live proving in financial services. Ability to handle and analyze large datasets. This role will be based out of our Noida office. Purpose of the role To provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalise each interaction through the use of multiple communication channels. Accountabilities Collaboration across multiple digital channels to personalise each interaction with a customer. Enhancing the bank's digital capabilities when current technology is identified as not yet ready to support. Provision of exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and handling client requests efficiently. Support the collaboration of internal stakeholders including sales, operational, and risk management teams to meet client needs and expectations, so that transactions are executed accurately and on time. Support teams within the business operations function as needed, including risk management, compliance and collections. Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.
