Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from vision, strategy, and goal-setting to launch and iteration.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

· Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on insights, feedback, and business priorities.

· Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to prioritize features and build product roadmaps.

· Drive product sprints, manage backlogs, and track progress against timelines and milestones.

· Communicate product updates and roadmap plans to internal teams, executives, and stakeholders.

· Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to optimize usability and adoption.

· Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.

· Mentor and guide junior product team members in product management best practices.

· Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in travel technology and B2B product management.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in travel technology, SaaS, or B2B solutions.

· Proven ability to define product vision, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and deliver results.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
