Position Overview We are seeking a visionary Technical Product Manager to drive the development of our AI platforms. Responsibilities Own product strategy and roadmap for AI platforms Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research and customer feedback Work closely with engineering and AI teams to define technical specifications Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies Monitor product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Conduct competitive analysis and market research Create and maintain product documentation Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product positioning Define and track key performance indicators Build and present business cases for new product initiatives Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience Experience building and scaling enterprise platforms or AI products Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications Proven track record of successful product launches Excellence in stakeholder management Technical background required (B.Tech/M.Tech/etc) or commensurate technical experience Experience in enterprise software products Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Required Skills Strategic product planning and execution Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Generative AI General understanding of programming principles, and technical frameworks Excellent communication and presentation skills User experience design principles Project management and organizational skills Enterprise software domain knowledge What makes an Ideal Candidate Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly Ability to translate business expectations into technical requirements Demonstrates deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape Proven ability to work with technical and business stakeholders Has launched and scaled enterprise products successfully Track record of data-driven product decisions Experience in high-growth technology companies What we offer Competitive compensation : Rs. 15-20 LPA based on experience Equity Ownership : ESOP packages for the right candidates Fully remote role : Work from anywhere that suits you best Learning and growth : Access to cutting-edge AI technologies Regular interaction with industry leaders Professional development opportunities Impact : Opportunity to shape the future of AI platforms Opportunity to be an early part of an explosive growth story in the AI landscape Work Environment This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
