Role Overview:

Product Manager – FnO

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end FnO product lifecycle — from ideation, requirement gathering, and documentation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams to define the product roadmap aligned with strategic trading objectives.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive API integrations, conduct testing, and ensure flawless front-end implementation.
• Identify product gaps and propose new APIs or platform improvements to enhance speed, usability, and trading experience.
• Engage with active traders and clients to collect feedback, uncover opportunities, and convert insights into actionable features.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement for new FnO features.
• Coordinate with QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely product releases.
• Monitor product performance through data analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior, continuously optimizing based on insights.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, broking, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of FnO trading, derivatives, and capital markets.
• Proven ability to translate complex trading requirements into user-centric digital products.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and UI/UX principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
