Product Manager

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🎯

1. Strategic Product Management:

• Work with the Product Owner to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Oversee product development, launch, and marketing strategies to maximize business impact.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product positioning and innovation.

2. Product Development & Execution:

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including planning, development, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to align stakeholders.
• Execute client value propositions, segmentation, pricing, and targeting strategies.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Define milestones and coordinate with Scrum Masters and stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Pre empt delays and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

4. Market Research & Innovation:

• Gather client feedback and competitor insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Continuously improve product presentation and market positioning.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report key metrics, scope changes, and project status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Achieve acquisition targets, revenue performance goals, and optimize expense management.

6. Documentation & Communication:

• Create and manage comprehensive product documentation.
• Consistently communicate updates and changes clearly and concisely to all stakeholders.

Education

• MBA and an engineering degree are preferred.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in market research, product management lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
