Product Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to join our development team, focusing on

building scalable web applications using the MERN stack. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience in full-stack development and be proficient with modern development

tools including AI-powered coding assistants and vibe coding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React,
• and Node.js
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical
• solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development process improvements
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across web and mobile platforms
• Optimize application performance for both web and mobile environments
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services across multiple platforms
• Implement responsive web designs and adaptive mobile interfaces
• Utilize advanced vibe coding techniques for rapid feature development

Required Technical Skills

• Core Stack (MERN + Mobile)

• MongoDB

  : Database design, queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexing

• Express.js:

  RESTful API development, middleware implementation, and server-side logic

• React:

  Component architecture, hooks, state management, and modern React patterns

• Node.js:

  Server-side development, asynchronous programming, and npm ecosystem

• Flutter

  : Cross-platform mobile app development, Dart programming, widget composition, and state management.

Development Fundamentals

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Dart
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Git version control and branching strategies
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
• Understanding of responsive web design principles
• Mobile app development principles and cross-platform deployment

Technical Expertise Required

• Operating Systems & Environment
• Ubuntu/Linux: Command line proficiency and system administration
• Experience with shell scripting and automation
• Knowledge of server deployment and management
• Understanding of containerization (Docker)
• AI-Powered Development & Vibe coding
• Cursor IDE: Proficiency with AI-assisted coding, pair programming workflows, and intelligent code completion
• Claude Coder: Experience with AI-powered code generation, debugging, and architectural suggestions
• Kiro: Knowledge of automated testing, code analysis, and development workflow optimization
• GitHub Copilot: Expertise in AI code completion, intelligent suggestions, and context-aware programming.
• AI Utilization: Must demonstrate ability to effectively utilize AI tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.

Additional Technologies

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure deployment experience
• DevOps Tools: CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Database Systems: Both SQL and NoSQL database experience
• Package Managers: npm, yarn, pnpm, and pub (Flutter)
• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Parcel, and Flutter build system
• CSS Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Styled Components
• Mobile Development: Flutter widgets, animations, platform-specific implementations

Experience Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrated experience building full-stack applications with MERN stack
• Hands-on experience developing mobile applications with Flutter
• Portfolio of completed projects showcasing both web and mobile development skills
• Experience with version control in team environments
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Proven ability to work with multiple AI coding assistants simultaneously
