Key Responsibilities

• Transform ideas into action:

  Work hand-in-hand with leadership to translate creative vision and intuition into concrete product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.

• Lead product acceleration:

  Manage product improvement and development projects from concept to launch — ensuring quality, alignment, and speed.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration:

  Empower and coordinate R&D, quality, marketing, and operations to move in sync and with purpose.

• Innovate through research:

  Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and uncover insights that fuel meaningful product differentiation.

• Champion quality and compliance:

  Partner with QA to maintain the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and integrity throughout development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in

  product development or product management

  , ideally in

  natural health, wellness, or functional nutrition

  .
• Deep understanding of

  Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  and familiarity with analytical testing and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to

  balance creativity with execution

  — managing multiple projects without losing focus on quality.
• Proficient in

  PLM and project management tools

  (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com).

• Project Management Certification (PMP)

  or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Nutrition Science, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field

• Excellent communicator — clear, motivating, and collaborative across disciplines.
