This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fast, design beautifully, and elevate user experiences across multiple products and platforms. 📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week) 🖥 Role: Full-time. Product Designer Key Responsibilities 1) User-Centered Design Execution Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other Designers to deliver end-to-end design solutions for web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, flows, UI designs, and micro-interactions with a focus on usability and aesthetics. 2) Design Systems & Prototyping Contribute to evolving Spyne’s design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency. Use modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Webflow, Lottie) to build and iterate prototypes. 3) AI-Integrated UX Thinking Infuse GenAI concepts into user flows and interactions. Explore innovative design paradigms in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. 4) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback Participate in user research, design critiques, and feedback sessions. Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of hands-on Product Design/UX/UI experience in fast-paced, product-led environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating modern, user-centric design work, especially for B2B SaaS products. Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with tools like Framer, Webflow, Motion, Lottie . Good understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
