It directly impacts user confidence, behaviour, and revenue.What You’ll Work OnYou’ll work closely with a Lead Product Designer, Product team and developers.Your work will include:End-to-end design of core trading journeys

Onboarding & KYC experiences

Internal Portals

Micro-interactions that improve clarity and reduce errors

Motion and transitions where they add meaning, not noise
What You’ll Do (Day to Day)T ranslate ambiguous problems into clear UX flows

Assist in user research and feedback analysis

Iterate based on constraints, feedback, and data

Support and evolve the design system

Work closely with developers during implementation

Participate in QA testing for functional and UI bugs.
What We’re Looking ForMust Have2–4 years of experience as a Product / UX Designer

Strong Portfolio showcasing design decisions and metrics.

Strong fundamentals in UX, IA, and visual hierarchy

Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants)

Ability to justify design decisions with reasoning
Bonus Points if you haveKnowledge of After Effects or motion designA bility to create:

Micro-interactions

Meaningful transitions

Short product walkthroughs or explainer motion
