What You’ll Do

Design end-to-end product experiences — from problem framing to final UITranslate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interfacesCollaborate closely with consultants, product teams, and engineersParticipate in user research, usability testing, and design reviewsCreate thoughtful, scalable designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and feasibilityClearly articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience

as a UX / Product DesignerA strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, problem-solving, and execution (mandatory)Solid understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and usability principlesExperience with information architecture, user flows, and journey mappingStrong skills in interaction design, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI designHands-on experience with usability testing, design iteration, and feedback incorporationProficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and developer handoffFamiliarity with prototyping tools such as Figma prototypes, FigJam, or equivalentComfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools like Slack, Miro, or NotionExperience designing web and/or mobile productsAbility to work through ambiguity and translate complex problems into structured design solutions

Nice to have

Exposure to design systems or scalable UI frameworksUnderstanding of front-end constraints and developer handoffExperience with enterprise, B2B, or complex workflows
