About the Role

MBA Fakhro is building a new generation of consumer electronics—from smart glasses anddrones to robotics and IoT devices. We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Product Designer who is excited to work on meaningful hardware products and grow with a multidisciplinaryteam across India and the Gulf.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and function of our products, from early concepts to real-world production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with electronics and mechanical engineers to design product enclosures and mechanical parts.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using tools like SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Participate in concept development, prototyping, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM).
• Balance aesthetics, usability, cost, and manufacturability in every design.
• Work on a variety of projects—wearables, robotics, connected devices—building your experience across industries.
• Take part in user feedback loops, product testing, and continuous improvement.
• What We're Looking For
• A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience, or strong project/internship portfolio in physical product design.
• Solid understanding of CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Aesthetic intuition with an engineer’s eye for precision and fit.
• Interest in consumer electronics, robotics, or smart devices.
• Willingness to learn, iterate fast, and work in a startup-style, global team.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with 3D printing, prototyping, or lab work.
• Exposure to manufacturing methods (injection molding, CNC, etc.).
• Familiarity with design for certification standards (CE, IP, etc.).
