Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our Mumbai office. As a

Product Designer at GreyLabs AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric and

visually appealing products that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely

with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business

stakeholders, to create seamless and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design process from ideation to execution for new and existing products.

● Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

● Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes to translate ideas

into practical designs.

● Create high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs that are both functional and visually

compelling.

● Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business objectives.

● Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

● Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven

insights.

● Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 3-7 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles.

● Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, problem-solving, and visual design

skills.

● Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

● Past experience of working with ANT Design System is a plus.

● Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

● Familiarity with Agile and iterative design processes.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to

stakeholders.

● Experience designing for B2B SaaS, or BFSI domains.

● Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is an advantage (not

mandatory).
