The Role:

GreyLabs AI is seeking a motivated AI Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will manage projects for some of the largest financial institutions, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate project plans that align with client objectives.
• Track project-level tasks, assigning ownership, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable.
• Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure adherence to standard processes.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing and evolving priorities.
• Maintain status updates across all project milestones to drive transparency.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in BFSI focused project management
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• MBA degree is a plus.
• Prior startup experience is a plus.
