Position: Business Development Representative (BDR) – Lead Generation Type: Internship / Part-Time Contract Location: On-site (Gurgaon) Work Hours: 4–5 hours/day About Zanta.Tech Zanta.Tech is a growing technology-driven company focused on building scalable solutions for businesses. We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and contribute to our lead generation and sales pipeline building. Role Overview As a BDR, you will be responsible for scouting leads, prospecting, and initiating outreach to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and business team to identify target accounts, build a strong pipeline, and generate qualified opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential prospects across industries. Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other outreach tools. Qualify prospects and schedule initial conversations/demos. Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information. Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting. Provide daily/weekly updates on lead generation activities and progress. Requirements Based in Gurgaon (on-site role). Available for 4–5 hours per day (flexible timing within IST). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, lead generation, and client engagement. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Previous internship/experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory. What We Offer Hands-on exposure to B2B lead generation and business development.
