Lead end-to-end implementation of initiatives—everything from planning to field execution, partner coordination, and troubleshooting on the ground. Work closely with farmers, millers, and field teams to ensure climate programs are practical, effective, and locally owned. Monitor progress through regular field visits, data collection, and conversations with stakeholders to ensure we’re delivering real impact. Translate field insights into reports, decks, and documentation for internal teams, funders, and ecosystem partners. Drive fundraising for climate initiatives by contributing to grant applications, proposals, and donor communications. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including government departments, philanthropic foundations (e.g. BMGF), institutional partners (e.g. IFC), and climate investors.
