Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Costing Executive / Cost Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product costing, pricing analysis, and data sheet management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in cost estimation, price optimization, and strategic decision-making by leveraging data and Excel-based modeling. This is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with procurement, production, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth product costing analysis covering materials, labor, and overheads.
• Prepare and maintain costing sheets and detailed product data sheets with precision.
• Analyze cost variances, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather data for accurate cost estimation.
• Support pricing strategies through timely and accurate cost-related insights.
• Maintain structured cost records and generate costing reports and dashboards.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) for cost modeling and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across product lines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in costing, pricing, or financial analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.
• Proven experience in preparing and managing costing documentation and data sheets.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical competency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Cost Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, jewelry, or similar product-driven industries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or costing software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,598.53 - ₹600,000.00 per month
