What You’ll Do

• Go-To-Market & Collateral
• Create clear, high-quality GTM collateral- presentations, demos, use-case storylines- that articulate our I/O Sense apps, AI models, and platform capabilities.
• Develop repeatable, packageable templates for core industrial AI use cases (OEE, Energy Management, Condition-Based Maintenance, etc.) to accelerate customer understanding and solutioning.
• Support GTM strategy by contributing to rollout plans, pricing models, messaging, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prepare go-live toolkits, onboarding flows, and sales enablement material for smooth customer adoption.
• Pre-Sales & Client Solutioning
• Drive pre-sales execution by preparing tailored demos, structuring client problem statements, and validating technical feasibility with engineering.
• Conduct on-site visits and client workshops to uncover operational pain points and extract detailed requirements.
• Translate customer use cases into scalable solution architectures within Faclon’s industrial AI ecosystem.
• Program Delivery & Execution
• Convert signed scopes into actionable project plans, track progress rigorously, and ensure timely deployment of devices, sensors, dashboards, and ML models.
• Maintain sprint cadence, release calendars, and milestone tracking across engineering, QA, and deployment teams.
• Run agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure sprint velocity and delivery quality.
• Maintain crisp internal documentation, ensure data readiness for ML use cases, and keep alignment across sales → engineering → delivery.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles.
• Strong storytelling ability to narrate ML and IoT use cases in a simple, compelling manner.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills- both technical and business-facing.
• Street-smart, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and mathematically inclined mindset.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery timelines.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprints, and product release processes.
• Basic programming skills and basic knowledge of databases.
• Comfort working directly with customers and interpreting real-world operational problems.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, industrial automation, or infrastructure domains (preferred).
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with enterprise or plant-level deployments.
• Understanding of industrial data protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, etc.).
• Prior client-facing technical experience in field validation or solution engineering.
• Ability to craft high-impact demos and storytelling-driven use case narratives.
• Hands-on exposure to analytics, ML data pipelines, or industrial sensors.
