Job Description -

Role Overview:
As a Product Analyst, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your role is key in driving product decisions through deep data analysis, user behavior insights, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product KPIs, success metrics, and adoption benchmarks
• Analyze user journeys, drop-offs, and growth opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate on A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
• Monitor product performance and flag anomalies
• Support product roadmap with strategic insights
• Assist in product tracking and analytics setup with engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• 2–5 years in a product/data analyst role in a SaaS/tech environment

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MongoDB, Excel/Google Sheets, and Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, user funnels, and cohort analysis
• Bonus: Familiarity with Python, R, or scripting for data processing

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator with a knack for data storytelling
• Proactive and self-driven with a product-first mindset.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption benchmarks.
• Analyze user behavior, platform data, and product usage trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and build dashboards to share insights with cross-functional teams.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, feature launches, and experiments to drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure proper data instrumentation by working closely with Engineering.
• Monitor product performance and proactively identify anomalies or red flags.
• Participate in product roadmap planning by providing actionable data-backed insights.
• Support Marketing and Customer Success teams with user segmentation and behavioral insights.
• Contribute to any other product development or management tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
