We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Product Analyst to join NielsenIQ’s Consumer Panel Data Platform team. This junior product role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a global data and technology organization.In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of platform components that process and model Consumer Panel data. You will work closely with Technology teams operating in an agile environment, as well as Operations and Data Science stakeholders. You will contribute to product delivery, requirement definition, and ongoing optimization of data processing and modeling capabilities.This position offers opportunities for learning and career growth within product, data, and analytics domains.
Responsibilities
- Support the product lifecycle for components of the Consumer Panel Data Platform, including data ingestion, processing, quality, and modeling workflows
- Work with Engineering teams to define, refine, and validate product requirements and user stories in an agile environment
- Collaborate with Data Science teams on components involving statistical projection, modeling methodologies, and panelist-level data processing
- Partner with Operations teams to understand data flows, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct analysis to support decision-making, identify issues, and propose data-driven enhancements
- Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking product progress
- Contribute to documentation, product materials, and process improvements
- Demonstrate strong ownership, learning agility, and the ability to independently drive tasks to completion
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take initiative
- Interest in data platforms, data processing, or analytics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or other data querying environments
- Background in data analysis, data science, or experience with retail/consumer panel data
- Exposure to agile methodologies or working with technology teams
