Product Analyst

We are seeking 1+ years experienced Product Analyst with a strong background in the sports domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of products and projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to sports-specific applications, platforms, or solutions.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and QA, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the sports domain.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Proposing solutions to mitigate potential project roadblocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry Excellent Communication
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Experience in creating and managing documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in tools such as ZOHO Sprints and other Agile project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sports data analytics, ticketing platforms, or fan engagement solutions.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for customer-facing sports applications.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in the sports domain.
