You’ll help raise the visibility of design across the business and support the growth of our practice and team. Contributing to our design system. You’ll help evolve how we work, scale our visual language, and maintain consistency across products. Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, whether it’s our tools, our ways of working, or how design contributes to the wider business. You should have 5+ years’ experience and a portfolio that shows solid UX and UI design across real products in mobile and web. You simplify complex problems into clear, human-centred solutions. You think in systems, design with intent, and communicate ideas visually and verbally. You work fast and smart. You break work into sprints, clarifying goals early, and using AI tools to explore, validate, and accelerate your design process without compromising quality. You’re evidence led. You dig into data, challenge assumptions, and test ideas quickly to build confidence before scaling solutions. You bring strong visual craft in typography, layout, and UI polish. You always anchoring design decisions in usability and behavioural insight. You’re technically aware.
