The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Analyst, to work with product/ business teams, to help drive the Nium through its next phase of growth. Join us, in this journey towards building meaningful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various stakeholders in the organization to define various data requirements to drive business insightsWork with Business, Product and Data/Engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy/ quality, instrumentation and completenessAnalyze large, complex data sets to solve business problems, apply advanced analytical methods as neededDevelop dashboards and data sets for daily, weekly and monthly consumption across the boardPerform root cause analysis along with different teams to solve for underlying problemsEvangelise data literacy across the company, organise and hold workshopsRequirements1-3 years in a data/product analyst roleData visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similarKnowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniquesProficiency in programming languages such as Python or RBachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, EconomicsUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)Experience of data modelling and unstructured dataWhat we offer at NiumWe Value Performance:Through competitive salaries, performance bonuses, sales commissions, equity for specific roles and recognition programs, we ensure that all our employees are well rewarded and incentivized for their hard work.We Care for Our Employees:The wellness of Nium'ers is our #1 priority.
