Requirements Job Description :- Ensure smooth production running, focus on localization Ensure processes and procedures which are strictly followed in Secheron. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices. Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs. Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clear understanding of purchasing requirements. Prepare cost-benefit analyses and reports on procurement activities. Manage procurement staff and provide training and development opportunities. Mandatory Skills :- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Experience as a supply chain or procurement Function in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering environment (minimum 10 -15 years) Experience of technical, mechanical and electrical drawings, knowledge of electrical panels assembly and engineering technology Fluent in English speaking and excellent in reading and writing Benefits What we offer: We have flat hierarchies and encourage direct communication between departments and management levels.
