JOB LOCATION: Noida

JOB TYPE: Full Time

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Procurement & Vendor Management

  : Develop and implement sourcing strategies for

pharmaceutical products, onboard and manage vendors/companies, negotiate contracts, and

ensure regulatory compliance.

• Cost Optimization & Budgeting:

  Control procurement budgets, monitor market trends,

and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• Compliance & Documentation

  : Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal,

regulatory, and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Team Leadership & Coordination:

  Lead the procurement team, collaborate with cross-

functional departments, and stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends.

ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare

Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor

management, preferably in the health tech, e-commerce, or pharmaceutical industry.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

1. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

2. Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry regulations.

3. Analytical mindset with experience in cost optimization.

4. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
