Procurement Manager

Job Title: Assistant Procurement Manager Company: Ciao Green, Interior Design and Build Location: Gurgaon Reports to: Procurement Manager/COO Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Assistant Procurement Manager to support our procurement team in sourcing and procuring materials, furniture, and services for interior design and build projects. You'll work closely with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies - Source and procure materials, furniture, and services for projects - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms - Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation - Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities - Assist in managing procurement budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness - Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field - 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior design or construction - Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: - Experience with procurement software and tools - Knowledge of Indian market and suppliers - Experience with tendering and contract management - Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPP) What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment
